This wonderful vintage Samarkand suzani measures 44 inches x 45 inches. The exuberantly rendered medallion in the center creates a great graphic punch if used as a framed piece or draped over the back of a sofa for a blue and white accent. The charming border has a repeating row of the traditional depiction of Uzbek tulips . The white and blue is a handsome addition to all design schemes. The workmanship is excellent as is the condition.
